The strategic business case will investigate and assess options for reinstating the delivery capacity of water across Barmah Choke on the Murray River.
The strategic business case will undertake an assessment of:
- technical Investigations, designs and costings
- policy implications, including the potential risks of the options
- initial recommendations
- summary of stakeholder engagement.

The $3 million project is funded by the Australian Government.
